DDS eFleet Services Inc.is a subsidiary of DDS Wireless International Inc.

DDS Wireless™ is a global provider of wireless mobile data solutions to multiple markets using state of the art technologies in real-time dispatching, vehicle location and tracking, as well as computerized routing and scheduling. Its offerings include mobile data computers, fleet management applications, communications infrastructure, project management, long-term customer support as well as multimedia mobile commerce systems for fleets. Previously known as Digital Dispatch Systems Inc. a world leader in providing wireless data dispatch systems to the taxi market for over 20 years, the Company changed its name on March 4, 2008 and restructured its operations into four market focused businesses to facilitate diversification and growth, as well as effectively integrate the newly acquired businesses of Finland-based Mobisoft OY and Washington-based StrataGen Systems Inc.

The Company now operates four standalone businesses- Taxi, Transit, eFleet Services and Wireless Devices and Infrastructure - each committed to providing the best in class solutions for its specific market with a clear customer focus and dedicated resources. With presence in Canada, U.S.A., the U.K., Sweden, Finland, India and Singapore, DDS Wireless™ supports its customers worldwide.

Over the last 20 years, DDS Wireless™ has grown by successfully executing on its strategic plans of market diversification and geographic expansion through both product diversification and new acquisitions. In late 2007, the Company completed the acquisitions of Finland-based Mobisoft OY, specializing in fixed route transit application and service-based wireless taxi fleet management; and Washington-based StrataGen Systems Inc., a premier demand response transit software provider. These acquisitions enabled DDS Wireless™ to address the needs of small taxi operators in North America which forms a substantial market but remains under-served, and positioned it as a primary solutions provider in the transit market with a combined customer base consisting of 4 of the top 5, and 10 of the top 20 transit authorities in North America.
